The project was developed with a focus on creating an immersive and realistic roleplay environment. The system allows for situation-dependent injuries on every body part, enhancing the realism of the roleplay. For instance, if a player is shot in the right arm, they will experience an avulsion on the right arm.

Additional features were incorporated to further enhance the realism, including an ECG monitor for real-time vitals, the ability to put players in bodybags or under anesthesia, and the option to revive unconscious players with specific treatments.

The system also includes medications and infusions that affect the player's status, such as morphine and epinephrine for pulse regulation. There are also bandages with different effects on injuries, and players can carry unconscious individuals and place them in cars.

The project was developed as a standalone script, requiring no dependencies, and is plug-and-play, but it also offers in-house integration for ESX and QBCore frameworks.
